These white Kalinga beans were freshly harvested and dried by one of the farming communities of E-Care Foundation. We generally stock up twice a year on these in time with the harvest and drying and to make the most of logistics costs. Hence they tend to cook faster and be creamier than regular store-bought beans which have usually been stocked for years.
Enjoy these beans by sprouting and learn about their place in the farming story, Beans for Peace. Among others, white beans go well in a hummus or a warming soup.
