Delicate (read: travels poorly) and seasonal kamias from our farmer's trees in Capas subjected to two boilings then steeped in a syrup, air-dried, oven-dried. They look like luminous gems before the syrup and emerge like dates. Just the right amount of sourness to be a little irresistible and worth all that energy.
Each jar contains 60 grams. We can give you 10 PhP if you trade in the jar at Good Food Sundays Market or at our HQ in Cubao :)
