A throwback to those days when everybody had time to watch CLOY, this kimchi marks the days when we were finally able to source produce from our farmers in Mountain Province during the ECQ, so we like this kimchi a lot. Sentimental reasons aside, this kimchi uses only organic highlands produce and made the traditional way using Korean pepper porridge.
Ingredients: Any combination of organic highlands wombok, radishes, yacon, and carrots, Korean pepper flakes, rice flour, soy sauce, onions, ginger, and garlic.
This product is vegan.
