The grower says:
These cashews are the Mitra variety which is the most commonly grown kind in Palawan. They come from Sandoval, Taytay. Palawan from the Arancha family who've been growing cashew for 40 years now. These cashews are manually processed (hand) and sun dried, to take the shell out of the nut. We only split the cashew and take out shell once an order comes in.
