Turmeric latte: Whisk ¼ t ginger powder,
½ t turmeric powder, pinch of ground pepper, 1 c mix of water and milk, 1t nut butter or coconut oil over small saucepan and heat until just simmering. Blend if you want it frothy. Add sweetener to taste.
Turmeric tea: Skip the milk and fat in the recipe above. Add lemon juice if you like.
Turmeric rice: Add to boiling rice.
