When do you deliver?
We deliver CSA Farmshares on Thursdays.
Our Farmstand collection, including other products from our catalogue, are available for delivery on Thursdays & Saturdays.
When should I place my order?
Last call for Thursday delivery are Mondays 5pm
You can order a Farmshare and add-on products from our Farmstand and other collections to be delivered along with it, or you can build your own box! Note: Our Farmstand collection is updated with our farmers’ expected harvests by Sundays 10am.

Do you deliver on other days?
Unfortunately, no :( Thursdays & Saturdays are our allocated delivery days.
How can I pay for my order?
At checkout, we have the following payment options available. All payments are secured and encrypted.

What time should I expect my order?
Our regular delivery window is as follows, unless otherwise stated:
We try our best to deliver as early as possible, but we cannot always ensure delivery on a requested time frame. Rest assured your order will arrive within the window stated above.

Can you deliver outside of your listed areas for delivery?
For areas within Greater Manila, kindly get in touch with us and note your address so we can check whether we can deliver to your area.
Alternatively, you can arrange for pick-up from our office at Unit 108 Union Square Condominium, 145 15th Ave, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
CSA Farmshare Subscriptions
Can I reschedule my Farmshare order?
Yes! You can skip a week, pause, or have it delivered every other week if needed. For any other requests, let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate!
Include this as a note to your order, or make sure to message us by Monday 5pm before the Thursday delivery.
Can I change my address and/or contact details for my Farmshare?
Yes! Just make sure to message us by Monday 5pm before the Thursday delivery
How do I know what I’ll be getting in my Farmshare?
You can check out our Gulay Board or a list of fruit & veggies you can expect in each farmshare. We update this on Sundays and also post this every week on IG & FB.
Note that there may be last minute changes to the contents of the farmshares depending on weather and what are farmers are able to harvest in actual, to be reflected on the board the morning of delivery.
Can I replace any of the veggies I get in my Farmshare?
If you have any veg preferences or allergies, let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate what you’d prefer as replacement. Include this as a note to your order, or make sure to message us by Monday 5pm before the Thursday delivery.
Can I return tampipi and other packaging from previous deliveries?
Yes! We collect our pandan-woven tampipi and bayong, ecobags, containers and bottles every week to re-use for future deliveries.
For any returns, kindly hand them over to our delivery personnel in exchange for your next delivery. If you don’t have a delivery scheduled, you may also drop them off at our office in Cubao or at our booth at Good Food Sundays in Mandala Park, Mandaluyong!
I didn’t get all of the items in my order 😟
We’re so sorry for this! Sometimes we run into trouble with deliveries from our farmers.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill items from your order, we will notify you. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange to have it delivered on a separate delivery, or offer you store credit for the items that were unfulfilled.

Help Us Reduce Waste!
We collect our pandan-woven tampipi and bayong, ecobags and bottles every week to re-use for future deliveries.
Should you have packaging to return from previous deliveries, kindly hand them over to our delivery personnel in exchange for your next delivery.
You may also drop them off at our office in Cubao or at our booth at Good Food Sundays in Mandala Park, Mandaluyong!
We work with a team of regular drivers and third party providers to handle all of our deliveries. Please make sure you are contactable by our drivers on the day and that clear instructions are given for the receiving of items to avoid delays and possible issues.
We implement a 15-minute waiting time for all our deliveries. In the event that the recipient cannot be contacted, our personnel will return your order to us. You can pickup in our office in Cubao within office hours.
To reduce food waste, for orders involving fresh produce— all items that are not picked up within the same week of the scheduled pickup or delivery will be considered good as sold.
